Built on Peter Liljedahl’s collaboration rubric and grounded in the IB MYP Design framework, this tool streamlines the entire reflection process into one clear, easy-to-use interface.

Interactive Likert-scale collaboration rubric
Auto-calculates a total score from checkboxes
Groups feedback into four key dimensions:

Generates personalized comment paragraphs with tone-matched phrasing
Appends a closing comment based on score band
Exports feedback as a polished PDF

Open the add-on in a Google Sheet™.
Import a fresh evaluation template.
Complete the evaluation using checkboxes in rows 8–17.
Click “Generate Comment” for tailored feedback.
Export to PDF or email the feedback to group members and teachers.

🔒 Privacy & Data Use

This add-on only accesses the active Google Sheet™ and user-inputted email addresses.

It does not store or transmit any data externally. PDF generation and email delivery happen securely within your Google Workspace.

Scopes used:

spreadsheets: read/write cell values
script.external_request: create PDF export blob
gmail.send: email the generated PDF
script.container.ui: open dialogs and sidebars
drive.file: limit access to only created/opened files
